Daniel is responsible for the vision, design, entitlements and execution of new and existing real estate developments, and strategic positioning of all real estate assets. Previously, Daniel was the Senior Principal and Practice Leader for the Stantec Buildings and ViBE groups in Colorado, where he oversaw the vision, design and execution for multiple mixed-use developments, sports and entertainment districts, arenas, urban districts, shopping experience, restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices, nationally and in over 15 countries. He has over 20 years of experience in visioning, planning, urban design, architecture, interior design, branding and graphic design, environmental graphics and wayfinding, sustainable design, and placemaking. Daniel earned a Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in from the Instituto Superior de Arquitectura in Mexico City, and the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel. He serves on the Colorado University LEEDS Real Estate Center International Advisory Board, the ULI’s RETL Council, and the Better Boulder Board of Directors.
Tamara joined Conscience Bay as Property Manager for the Denver Metro Area in 2021 overseeing 1.2mm square feet of industrial warehouse. Tamara began her professional career within the financial industry cultivating experience deep within the banking market. She successfully assembled and managed a team of financial professionals to meet and exceed industry goals while delivering top notch customer service to all clients and prospects. Before joining Conscience Bay, Tamara spent over a decade managing a multitude of class AA office buildings, warehouse/flex portfolios, and retail properties within Denver and the surrounding areas. Tamara is a great outdoors enthusiast and spends most of her time hiking, camping, and traveling outside of work. She is a proud mama to two beautiful teenage girls and is a native to Colorado.
Stacie joined CBC in 2018 as the Office Administrator overseeing the office administrative functions and provided support to the accounting and property management team for the Commercial and Agricultural portfolios. In 2022, Stacie advanced her career with CBC as the Denver Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator. Stacie supports the daily operations of the Denver Metro commercial portfolio focusing on tenant and vendor relations while assisting with value-add efforts of all assets. Prior to joining CBC in 2018, Stacie gained her administrative experience and skills working for professional offices throughout the Denver and Boulder area. Stacie is a mom of 3, and they keep her busy with sporting events. In her spare time, Stacie likes to host game nights, cook, and spend time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, but also enjoys a quiet weekend at home bingeing on Netflix and other streaming services.
Emerson oversees office administrative tasks and provides support to the accounting and property management teams at Conscience Bay Company. Prior to joining CBC in 2022, Emerson gained administrative experience and skills working for companies across the Front Range with an entrepreneurial and community focused mindset.
Drew coordinates and supports resource investments involving agriculture and solar contracts, financial reports, cattle/equipment inventory and organic certifications. Drew’s role also includes critical support in the property management, commercial investments, real estate development and corporate departments of CBC. Prior to joining the Conscience Bay team, Drew spent a short time in the world of wealth management before becoming the General Manager of his family’s agribusiness. Drew received his bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2018 from Hastings College in Nebraska where he played collegiate football, served as the President of the MOVES organization and became a member of the National Biology Honors Society. Drew also holds a Certificate in Project Management. In his spare time, Drew is a photography and film enthusiast and enjoys being active whether he is working out in a gym, competing on a court or adventuring outdoors.
Greg supports and oversees operations and energy analysis across CBC’s industrial & office portfolio. These operational functions include energy retrofits, solar production implementation and monitoring, multibuilding service competitive bid RFP efforts, compliance assurance, implementation of comprehensive preventative maintenance systems, ongoing maintenance staff training and building system technical support / troubleshooting.
Prior to joining CBC, Greg has worked for several premier commercial property management / building development firms over the last 30+ years with operational influence in many markets across the U.S. He has a highly technical background with extensive experience with control systems sequence of operation development & building automation system programming, vibration analysis & balancing sciences, maintenance, troubleshooting and complete rebuild experience for all types of refrigeration, chilled water and air handling equipment, air / water balancing procedure standards, HVAC water systems treatment and vertical transportation. He currently holds a Certified Energy Manager and LEED AP O&M designation.
Vanessa is the property manager for the Boulder portfolio, consisting of over 500,000 sq. ft of retail, office, restaurant, and industrial spaces. Vanessa attended Colorado State University and has a lengthy background in the property management industry. Vanessa is passionate about conservation and environmental responsibility within the real estate and property management sector, always looking for ways to leave the world a better place than we found it.
Erin directs and oversees Conscience Bay Company’s property management and operations for the Boulder and Denver portfolios. Prior to joining CBC in 2013, Erin’s industry focus ranged from resort development, entitlements and project management to property management, leasing and marketing.
Erin graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with a BS in Business Administration and Real Estate Certificate in 2004. Erin is a member of ULI, NAIOP and the CU Real Estate Council. Erin received the 2016 Koelbel Alumni Leadership Award in recognition of her extraordinary volunteer service to the University of Colorado.
Roy is the Property Manager for three industrial properties that total over 1 million square feet in the Denver Metro area. Roy graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Real Estate Certificate. Roy co-chairs the CU Real Estate Alumni Committee and sits on the CU Real Estate International Advisory Board.
Sidney supports property management for all of CBC’s portfolio consisting of office, industrial, retail and restaurant in both Boulder and Denver. Sidney graduated from the University of Colorado College of Media, Communication, and Information in 2019 with a BA in Communication, and a Business minor with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
Ben has served as CBC’s Director of Commercial Investments since co-founding the company in 2011. Ben oversees the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and management of CBC’s commercial properties, now totaling 1.5 million square feet. Previously, Ben spent eight years in development and asset management roles with various commercial real estate companies in Denver, CO. Ben is a 1999 graduate of Lafayette College, and received his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado in 2004.
Eli is the president and founder of Conscience Bay Company. His experience ranges broadly across commercial real estate, environmental remediation, renewable energy, water rights and ranching operations. Eli is proud to serve on nonprofit and government boards including Western Resource Advocates, Woodchuck Ditch Company, Alfalfa Ditch Company, and the City of Boulder’s Downtown Management Commission. Eli graduated from Hamilton College in 2000 and the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005.
Mike joined CBC in 2015 to oversee the company’s investments in agricultural land and its conservation work. Prior to joining CBC, Mike spent seven years at The Nature Conservancy working on land acquisitions and conservation easement transactions in Colorado. Mike worked closely with ranchers to find ways to utilize conservation programs to help improve their operations. Mike continues to contribute to land conservation efforts in Colorado serving on the boards of the Colorado Coalition of Land Trusts and the Terra Foundation. Mike is a 1997 graduate of Middlebury College, and received his law degree from the University of Michigan in 2001.
Hal’s real estate career spans over forty years and he brings extensive industrial operations, leasing, property management and construction management experience to the Conscience Bay team. For the past twenty-six years, Hal has managed the Colorado Trade Center, a 700,000 square foot industrial complex in the heart of Denver. In that role, Hal has played host to notable tenants including Miller-Coors, Nash Finch, Nestle Purina, and Safeway. In addition to managing the Trade Center, Hal lends his experience and skills across the rest of the company’s portfolio as needed.
Rachel brings five years of property management experience to the Conscience Bay team. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, vendor management, property maintenance, and maintaining an effective and efficient administration system. Rachel graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with a BS in Business Administration in 2010. A native of Chicago, Rachel moved to Colorado for college and never looked back.
